What to expect
Mizan is a small service and support is by email only — there is no phone line, and we would rather say so than publish a number nobody answers. We aim to respond within three working days. Safety and abuse reports are read first.
What helps
If you are signed in, your member code is the fastest way for us to find your account without asking for personal details over email. It appears on your dashboard. Please do not send identity documents: we have nowhere to store them and will not open them.
